Ethereum Wallet-Based Access

GenValve uses a decentralized login system where users connect their Ethereum wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to access the platform. This eliminates the need for traditional email/password authentication and enhances privacy and security. The wallet address becomes the primary identity marker, enabling seamless tracking of user activity, assets, and achievements across games.

Game Library (Play-to-Own)

Players can unlock and access games directly from a dynamic game library. Instead of buying games as licenses, users play to gradually unlock access using the $GVE token. Some games are available immediately, while others require completion of specific tasks or purchase via tokens. All games are associated with the user’s wallet and stored on-chain or within Supabase for interoperability.

Cloud & Mobile Gaming Access

GenValve supports mobile-first access and will integrate with cloud gaming infrastructure to allow streaming of selected titles. This ensures low-latency access to resource-heavy games without requiring expensive hardware. The interface is responsive, allowing users to game across devices without loss of performance.

Indie Game Marketplace

An in-app marketplace allows indie developers to list their games, sell access via $GVE tokens, and reach an active Web3 gaming audience. Developers retain a larger share of revenue than in traditional platforms and can integrate NFTs or token rewards within their games.

Achievements-to-Earn

GenValve incentivizes skill and progression. Players earn $GVE tokens by completing in-game milestones, unlocking badges, and participating in challenges. These achievements are recorded on-chain and serve as both a reputation system and reward mechanism.

NFT Game Keys & Skins

Every purchased game or unlockable cosmetic item can be minted as an NFT, which grants full ownership to the player. Game access keys, skins, avatars, and even weapons can be traded on external NFT marketplaces, or within GenValve’s own NFT market module.

DAO Governance for Game Listings and Features

Holders of the $GVA token can participate in platform governance. Through a DAO mechanism, community members can vote on which games to onboard, changes to reward algorithms, or new platform features. This creates a transparent and user-driven ecosystem.

Token-Gated Rewards and Voting

Special content, exclusive tournaments, and premium achievements are gated by $GVE token holdings. This ensures that the most engaged and committed users can unlock elite experiences while also being able to participate in high-level governance decisions.
